Ta da!

It was so warm the other day, so mummy opened the window and the noise ... my oh my!!! It frightened me a little at first, and mummy caught me in the act. But in no time I got over it and moved toward the window. So many things outside. What are those patches of land outside, mummy? It's where the nuns would come and plant stuffs. See the tree? That's a nectarine tree, or is it peach ... I'm not sure, but it's one of those, mummy said. Ok, enough excitement for today ... Time for my beauty sleep ... Night mummy.

Helping mummy with laundry

I was so busy 'helping' mummy with the laundry a while ago. I followed mummy in and out the room where she put away the clothes in the drawers or closets. I had to make sure that mummy did not step on my toys and hurt herself. And when mummy opened the door to the other bedroom, I dashed in and went into the crooks and crannies of the room. I had to say, that room has so many of them that I can get lost in it. So by the time mummy was done with the laundry, she had to wait for me to finish exploring before closing the door to keep away the draft. When the basket is empty, it was my turn to get in and pretended that I was a laundry item.
